“I am absolutely happy with the applicator! Once you'll get used to it you never want to miss it. I've struggled with the retrieval string tho at first, because it would not let go of the applicator and the tampon didn't stay in but then I found a solution. For everyone who struggles: don't put the string in the little hole on the side - just put the tampon in the applicator and then twirl the string so it stays on top of the tampon inside of the applicator. ;-)”
Hi Mandarine! I am so glad you're getting on well with the applicator and that you found a method of using it that works well for you.
If the string gets stuck we usually advise loading the tampon from the top. This is how I load mine and I find it helps, so if you peel back the applicator petal and pop the tampon in, that should hopefully stop the string from getting caught. However, I totally understand it's a very personal experience!
