“I would have probably been better to use the super plus tampon as I had to change too frequently. I leaked a lot and found the applicator fiddly. It was very messy for me to change as I don’t feel the applicator went up high enough. I used my finger to make sure the tampon was in place. Maybe I need more practice but that put me off.”
