“The fit is poor compared to other wax items that I have purchased and I have purchased a lot, both at retailers and online. The cut is pretty unforgiving in the middle and makes me look like I have a belly (which I do not). It is not the regular fit that was advertised on site. I was also surprised to find out that wax charges an $8 fee for returns, which is stated in the return policy but I had not noticed that. Wax can of course adopt any policy it chooses, but I will not order any products online from wax in the future, nor recommend them to friends or colleagues, unless I or they have the opportunity to try on a similar item in person first.”
