“Unfortunately after one wash, per the label instructions(30 degrees and delicate), the polo shrunk significantly…so much so it’s too short to enjoy. The material quality is beautifully made so it’s a shame you can’t wash it. I have reported this to Wax but nothing was possible as I’d first washed the polo outside of the 30 day exchange window (which I accept). For full disclosure Wax did offer a gesture of goodwill with a discount code but sadly this won’t restore my faith in purchasing anything further knowing the possibility of shrinkage could occur again.”
