“The service i have received from Jack has been absolutely awful. I sent back this item on the 10th of August to change it from a L to a M. I still haven't received the item and I'm continually being told by Jack that this is my fault. If you are able to read back through the emails you'll see that i initially changed the delivery address and this was not then considered when sending out the returned item. I feel like your service has been awful on this matter. i love your clothes and I pay a premium to have them. I do not feel like your customer care lives up to the quality of your clothes.”
