I also must praise Wax for their customer service. I received a slightly damaged item on first delivery, but my return was dealt with very quickly and smoothly, and I had a replacement within a matter of days. Always think how a company deals with issues like that is very important.”

“The pattern is really cool. The problem for me is that the sleeves were way too short. I had to return. Wax London customer support is great. The problem is the extra steps required making an international return.”
