Love the fit, it hangs slightly loose which I prefer and is incredibly comfortable.
I was skeptical of the reversible nature of the jacket but was shocked to find it was done incredibly well. I have been able to successfully wear the jacket out in both styles and have recieved compliments each time.
I even had someone ask if they could try on that jacket and where it was from (this never happens to me).
The wool is very soft, yet stiff. Not scratchy but seems like it will hold up. TBD on longevity.

“Customer service was excellent the original item didn’t fit and I needed a speedy return as it was a specific item for a family gathering over Xmas I had struggled to get due to it being out of stock. I contacted your customer service team and they advised me to return and request refund and re purchase rather than awaiting an exchange which may have taken too much time and came after I needed it. They even waived the delivery charge. I highly recommend the site and particularly the excellent customer service thank you very much”
