“It is really disappointing that after reaching out several times, there is no actual care from customer care. My request is not an unreasonable one as many online shops will honor a request for a price adjustment. A simple yes or no would have sufficed with no hard feelings.
That being said, we’ve received the product and will be keeping it as it’s good quality and my partner likes it. However, now that I can see there is a complete lack of customer service, I don’t think I will purchase from you again. We’ve not had an issue with previous orders but should one arise, I don’t have any confidence that someone will bother to address our concerns which is disappointing because we quite like your product.”
