“Nice board overall for a decent price. Lovely design, the wood effect with the various blues really stands out as a premium board. Everything works as expected. I would only say that the release mechanism for the fin is a little crude and if you don’t take the fin out as soon as you’re out the water, any salt will dry quickly and clog up the mechanism. The screw can be undone to resolve this but I don’t always have a screwdriver to hand on the beach. All fine once you’ve been out a few times though. The board seems fairly durable other than a few tiny bits of the standing grip coming slightly loose at the edges, but that doesn’t bother me. Will get lots more use out of the board I’m sure.”

“Second Wave SUP we’ve bought - we have an original Woody 11. That’s a great board that we still get a lot of use from. This I believe to be an upgrade. Lots of small thoughtful changes to the board and accessories. I’m no expert but I’d be surprised if you can beat the quality and customer service at the price. Further to that the boards are beautifully designed and look great on the water.”

“I was bought this board for my birthday and I'm incredibly pleased with it. I'm rather hefty at 6ft and 108kg, but still find the board stable and it tracks well through the water. My friend purchased her own after trying mine and it's perfect for her and her 3 year old passenger. Her mum has also put in an order! My sister is an experienced paddle boarder with an expensive Red board. She really enjoyed using mine and thinks it is excellent value for money. May be worth purchasing an electric pump as it gets quite tough to pump to a higher pressure.”
