“As per title I didn’t wish to write a review yet, mistakes happen and I feel a company deserves the right to rectify and be judged on their service as a whole, I’d rather be responding with a really positive review but you keep pestering me to leave a review despite not having responded to my web form or email regarding missing and faulty items. There was no repair/tool kit in the package and the pump is useless beyond 0.5bar as air just comes out from the shaft, I had to use my wife’s pump to get the board up to a usable pressure. Despite raising these issues via the website and email I’ve had no response, just lots of emails asking me to leave a review! On a positive note, board itself is great, feels well made, nice design and reasonably priced, carry bag is also great quality.”

“Already had Wave Pro 11ft. Bought recon for taking out family and for shallower rivers. Lower max psi than the pro boards and included pump not quite as good. However Like the shape. Looking forward to getting some mileage on this to test it properly!”
