Brilliant peice of kit, really glad they ditched the fixed oar handles. Feels very sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of room you get inside the kayak. Cannot wait to get it out on the water.

Went out in the wave navigator for the first time on the weekend. Very impressed by the build quality, easy to set up and glides along the water like a dream! Would reccomend!

Team Wave are repeatedly requesting I write a review for this product so here goes but so far I have only inflated and assembled it at home and not yet been near the water! Ordering was straightforward and although there was a slight delay, Wave kept me informed and met their rescheduled date - so no issues. The canoe packaging was a little larger than I had expected and initially the number of included items was a little overwhelming . However, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to inflate and assemble - everything went where it was supposed to and whilst the instructions are fairly brief, they are perfectly adequate even for a beginner such as myself. Inflation was easy via the supplied pump although it gets harder towards the end. The assembled, inflated article looks the part and I am looking forward to putting it into water - so far it's been no further than my lounge! The canoe can be fully deflated via the pump - this is not documented but was fairly obvious. Once fully deflated, I was able to get it into the supplied "back pack" together with all the accessories including pump and paddles. It's a fairly large package and I don't think you'd want to carry it too far on your pack. The inflated canoe has carrying handles and can be easily carried by 2 people. So far, so good but I cannot gurantee it floats! Yet!

We bought this to replace a Decathlon kayak that was starting to come apart - the glue was failing at the seams. This looked very sturdy and got good reviews. We have been out in it once so far and have found it an excellent replacement. The blades are better, and the kayak being drop stitch is very stable in the water. It even dries more quickly. It pumps up easily, and once we worked out the seating plan, it will be even quicker to set up next time. We would highly recommend it. It also came quickly when ordered.

We had to wait for our Kayak as it was a pre-order. The build quality looks fantastic and it feels strong and sturdy, not like an inflatable at all. We are thrilled. The seats and foot rests have really strong Velcro, so as long as that lasts well, then the seating feels supportive which will be important. It is a large package to carry so I imagine we will inflate the kayak near the car and carry it to the water by the handles. But that is all for next year, to find out all the practical strengths and pitfalls. We won’t be taking it out on the water just yet so we can’t review its handling or ease of use. However we have inflated it twice (with an electric pump and car battery) which takes about 8 minutes. Deflating is very easy, press the buttons, and it deflates by itself in a few minutes. To pack it up took a couple of tries as there is no video or instructions on how best to pack it away. The bow and stern are plastic so there will be a technique to folding it well. Overall, very happy and we can’t wait to try it out.
