“This is my 3rd Wave purchase, we have 2 paddle boards and now the Navigator. I wasn’t expecting the kayak to be delivered so soon as it appeared to be on back order. The package arrived just a couple of days after my order was placed. We took the kayak out for its maiden set up/voyage on Sunday. I will admit that I set the seats and foot rests totally the wrong way round, only realising when I tuned the boat over to insert the fins! A little help with boat direction might have been helpful? Once set up, the kayak is very sturdy and stable in the water. We put in at Horstead mill, Coltishall, where the mill water was running pretty fast. The kayak was not upset by the fast flowing water, remaining steady and easy to navigate through to the gentle flow if the river. My wife, who is sometimes a little nervous on the water, remained relaxed and confident in the craft. We only paddled a couple of miles but the seat and feet positions were comfortable, just a small amount of water ingress down the paddles, into the boat. Maybe the paddles are a tiny bit short? There is plenty of room to store equipment, if a longer trip is desirable. Inflation and deflation were fast with an electric pump, although the kayak is a big lump to handle in and out of the huge carry bag. Overall we are super pleased with the purchase and will get some great use out of it this summer. Thanks Wave for your great customer service.”
