“I have only just received the kayak. I ordered it on the 14th July ,delivery was supposed to ve 4th Aug. It arrived last week . But the real frustration was the lack of response from telephone , emails . Really maddening , standard responses which were meaningless. So I could take it on holiday as planned and it's still in its box , so I cannot comment on the quality of the kayak. This is only the second negative feedback I have felt sufficiently annoyed to post ever.”

“Went out on the weekend in Wetherby where I live on the river Wharfe and the kayak did brilliantly it loved the river and was easy to setup and to get in and out brilliant piece of kit.”

“We bought the 2-person Explorer, and took it out for a paddle in a small river as soon almost as soon as we got it. It's easy to put together, and so much sturdier than I anticipated. Once you've inflated the bottom to 15PSI, it may as well be a rigid kayak. There's plenty of space for two people and some dry bags front and back. A plastic clip on the foot rest of our kayak snapped the first time we installed it, but Wave were brilliant (and very quick!) about replacing not just the clip, but the whole foot rest. The bag is a good size with compression straps, so it's easy to get everything back in, and it's not too heavy. Really happy with our purchase, and looking forward to taking it with us on holiday to France in a couple of weeks!”
