“I bought this gift for my partner. During online transaction I entered size wrong in error. To my amazement the package turned up next day as stated on delivery (very quick service) unfortunately due to this I couldn't stop the order coming out. I spoke to customer service gentleman called paddy who helped sort this issue out the same day. The process to send item back was easy and amazing. I attached new ticket on parcel and took it back to local shop to send back. The next day after I arrived my correct paddleboard. I honestly can't fault at all any of the service. The error was my fault but yet the company helped me in every way possible and all with only 2 days from order. Will definitely be ordering again and referring this company to friends and family. Paddleboard is outstanding. Haven't opened it yet as it's for his birthday on Sunday. We have a friend who has one and he absolutely loves it. Would definitely recommend.”

“After it arrived the local lake banned SUPs. This resulted me choosing to sell it on eBay. I got £240 plus postage! (I think they were sold out at the time) so a great investment, even if I did only use it a handful of times. Brilliant quality and service from WAVE.”

“The foam seems tough, I pressure wash mine down and it’s super tough and comes up like new every time. Going to get some dry bags also as want to go cruising.”
