“So far super easy to put together. We need to fill it up. I would recommend getting a rug slightly bigger if you do the energy saver pad because it fits just perfectly over it and we needed to add some extra slip protection. But super durable and so much better than my inflatable one”

“shipping was quick and easy. once got deck built it was very easy and fast to set up the hot tub. Directions were not totally clear and easy to follow but once got going it was easy to figure out. when I had a question about the tub the customer support was fast to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend to everyone they should get one and enjoy a relaxing soak.”
