“We pre ordered in April for a delivery in July, Having read a few negative reviews we were a little worried so emailed wave and they replied within 2 days reassuring us, also they gave me a discount when I wanted to add to my order and I couldn’t get it on my original order, it arrived bang on the delivery day and set up was Quick and easy, we’ve only had it up a week and can safely say it was worth the wait, if your debating on buying one then do it”

“Pre- ordered this hot tub and it arrived exactly on time. My husband has very excitedly put it up and we have loved it. I do recommend getting the mat for beneath and the inflatable insert bit. They really help hold the heat in and help it warm up quicker if you want to bump the temperature up before you get in.”

“Delighted! Hot tub arrived one day later than expected but was kept informed throughout! Easy to set up, had to study up a little on the chemicals but it’s easier now! Was like a wee piece of heaven when we first stepped in! I’d say this tub wouldn’t fit four adults, comfortable for two which is all we need. Really impressed with the price and service and have now ordered a couple more accessories like the inflatable cover and bubble ground sheet. So happy! Thanks Wave Spa!”

“Loving my new hot tub. It came on the agreed date and was easy to set up. The chemicals are a bit of a chew at first, but you soon get used to them. Great service and I'd definitely recommend these guys”
