“I preordered for delivery on 20th July, didnt receive any notification of a delay until I emailed asking where it was after this date. I received an email saying dpd would deliver on 30th July. It arrived 1st August. The starter kit I ordered was refunded due to not being in stock. Overall the hottub seems good quality, set up was easy and it seems to be heating as expected. product as described. Poor delivery and customer service.”
