“I've read some mixed reviews and when my hot tub was delayed I was worried about it, however..... Although no phone line to wave is a challenge, the team and Tom the MD looked after me perfectly when there was a delay due to dpd and then when I had an aftersales issue... It was top notch no quibble customer first The product itself is as described, easy to set up, the perfect size for my household, comfortable with 2 adults but can also get kids in too! The motor is quiet at all times, heats up quickly and the tub itself is very comfortable.... Yes we waited on back order but worth the wait.... I honestly think if there was a customer care line it might improve customer service and ensure the channel of reviews doesn't impact scoring of the company and product.... But had replies on email at 2130 at night I can't complain.... Thank you Tom and Team at Wave”

“The biggest thing I can say about our hot tub is , my wife said from pre order she wasn’t going to get in it . We’ve had It a week and we’ve both been in it every night to chill out from the working day . Within an hour of receiving it it was inflated and full with the heat set . 4 hours later it was warm enough to get in . Absolutely superb , my only regret is not getting one sooner . Order yours now”

“We knew that this hot tub was a cheaper alternative to what we would really like and in that, we were not disappointed. We set it up quickly and used it the same day. You would struggle to get 4 average sized adults in it unless they were kneeling, and the pump is very noisy. Other than that, you get pretty much what you pay for.”
