“We pre ordered this & an estimated delivery date was provided & although there were a few weeks to wait it gave us time to prepare the area where we were going to site the hot tub & do the electrics. An e mail arrived letting us know it was on its way & we also received a text confirming the delivery time. Once arrived & put in place we laid the groundsheet & it wasn't long before the hot tub was erected & ready for use. We have now ordered 2 seats for the hot tub & extra filters as you do only get one provided. We are very pleased with our purchase & the efficiency in delivery. Only advice would be to ensure that the area you are going to put your hot tub is prepared beforehand as it did make it easier when it arrived. Thank you Wave”

“Apart from the long wait, wave kept in touch regarding progress. The product is excellent ideal for what two older generation require easy to get in and out. The temperature remains constant only loses 2 degrees after use. I would highly recommend Wave products.”

“We pre ordered our wave spa and it arrived a week early to our pleasant surprise. We set it up immediately and had a fun weekend in the sunshine but we soon realised that there was a flaw with the pool as it was loosing air. We contacted customer care who replied within 24hr. They advised us to check for a puncture which we did, and realise that the pool had a crack on the seam (manufacture fault, not acvident). Again we contracted customer care and they posted out a replacement pool the same day. Can not fault the customer service and the spa is amazing! We heat it up and use it every weekend. We have also bought a gazebo to allow for the Great Brotosh Weather! Thanks, happy customer”
