“I received my order on August the 1st as preorder date stated. Unfortunately due to lockdown it has been sat in the box in my lounge until yesterday as getting my decking area finished has been awkward. Yesterday it went up. It took no time at all to fill. It was very easy to do and looks great, the grey rattan effect is lovely. The filter is quite large that fits onto the inside at the bottom of one side so takes up a bit of room where someone could be sitting but I don’t know if this is standard as I haven’t had one before. Can’t wait to get it heated up and get in tomorrow after work!”

“It was well worth the wait to get this product which was pre ordered in May and received the begining of August. It is totally robust and a great size enough room for myself, husband and 2 boys (7and 9). I have been amazed by the quality of the tub and it was also very easy to install, we have thoroughly enjoyed using it regularly. Overall very reasonable priced, a great product which looks much more expensive and is great quality .”
