“I’ve no complaints about the hot tub, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed using it during the summer however after following the instructions to deflate the hot tub it’s still inflated after 6 weeks instead of being deflated and packed away for winter in 30 minutes. I don’t see any valves still left in and have written for further help but no response to any of my emails so that’s my only disappointment as I would like to store it away and keep it good for next spring”

“I love this hot tub, I particularly wanted a square one for space and aesthetics. This hot tub looks good and functions well. Instructions could be clearer. There isn’t a trouble shooting guide in the leaflet but there is more information online. It would be quite a squeeze to get four adults in the tub but I had worked that out before buying.”

“I bought this during lockdown, as expected we had a 2 month wait but it was well worth it. The hot tub is sturdy and strong and the flooring is surprisingly comfy. We as a family love our hot tub and would highly recommend this one. It’s not even expensive to run. Can’t rate highly enough.”
