“I received my Wave Pacific hot tub earlier than expected as it was a pre- order. It was so easy to set up following the instructions and the video really helped. Very quick to set up although it took 4 hours to heat to 37 degees but it was September! Definitely recommend this company and this product which was just as easy to Deflate fold and put away and store till spring!”

“I haven't opened it yet...so can't really say much. Service though on the other hand has been really good and easy. Between ordering the hot tub and it arriving I was diagnosed with cancer so things just kind of came to a stand still, I'm currently isolating getting ready for my op next week. Although when I am able I will continue with my garden so i can make use of my hot tub...i will return with a review...until then..thank you and stay safe.”
