“Inflatable hot tub was delivered, when opened could not locate the filters, contacted customer services by email after several unsuccessful calls did not get a reply, subsequently I found the filter in the back of the pump unit. I’ve had no problems apart from the cover which collapses too easily with a little rain. Overall quite pleased with the hot tub but not happy with lack of response from customer services.”
