“We love the hot tub itself but its not designed for 2 to 4 person. 2 yes but you can't fit 4 in at all! Which has disappointed us as brought it for me my husband and 2 teenagers. But it is lovely. The temperature on it is fantastic keeps the heat very well. And we are using it now. Very fast delivery too. Easy to set up. I like that this one goes up to 42 degrees as most go up to 40 degrees.”

“My family & I have loved our Wave Pacific we have had so much fun in it and my grandsons just love it. It was delivered on time and was very easy to set up. I have had no problem with the chemicals at all either. It’s packed away for winter now so roll on March till we get back in it again”

“I Like our hot tub as I'm short and find getting in and out much easier than others, there's no need for steps. At first we didn't realize it didn't come with an inflatable to go inside the lid so had to order separately, maybe you could do a whole new package for people who are getting one for the first time that would include everything.”
