“I Like our hot tub as I'm short and find getting in and out much easier than others, there's no need for steps. At first we didn't realize it didn't come with an inflatable to go inside the lid so had to order separately, maybe you could do a whole new package for people who are getting one for the first time that would include everything.”

“As described. Easy set up. Shame there is no adaptor for drain outlet to attach to hosepipe to enable you to direct the water to a drain - it just goes all over patio or deck or garden when emptying :( lazy spa and bestaway and clear spa provide an adapter - I can even find one to for this :(”
