“Received when expected although chemicals were delayed but was kept informed. Had just under a year now no issues absolutely love it. Packed away over winter and brought back out in May no problems. Would recommend”

“A great size for a family of 3 , and fab bday gift for my hubby , even better it’s gets to temperature really quick ! Insulation mats underneath required but easy to get ( would be nice if was an optional extra ) fabulous purchase!”

“My delivery was on time and there have been no issues since setting up my hot tub. It is great value for money and sturdier than I anticipated. I joined a social media group where the wave reps are very vocal and helpful for hints and tips so customer service is also”
