“Very pleased with new Pacific greywood square. Chose this because I was limited on space. When it arrived, despite me having measured several times it seemed much bigger than expected whilst fitting well in my area. Easily big enough for me, my wife, 12 year old and 8 year old. Bubbles and heat good, inflatable top keeps heat in well. Was 2 weeks late but I was fine with this as I was updated and with brexit/covid many suppliers are struggling so it's fair enough and was worth the wait! I emailed wave before it arrived as I was building a small insulated deck and wanted the size with the tub, hoses and pump. Ryan came back with the size, I built the deck for delivery day, perfect fit! Chemicals are easy too. Overall happy with product and service. Thanks WAVE!”

“Well what can I say. I ordered my Pacific and was told it would be july delivery this was the being of May ... it arrived 3 weeks later ☺️ I emailed as part of my order was missing and they got back to me the same day. I had lots of questions as I was a newbie to the hot tub world. They were fantastic. I can not reccomend them enough they even sent me free filters as part of my order was late, but infact it wasnt late it was still well with in the estimated date of delivery. My tub is wonderful and cheap to run. Set at 40 its costing me £2 per day. Tomorrow my new insulated cover goes on so ... let's get tubbing ❤”

“Received my hot tub a little later than I thought. Although I am very happy with the hot tub now its arrived. It was very easy to blow up and warm up. Its more comfortable than I thought it would be. No need to buy extra seating. I would highly recommend wave hot tubs.”
