“When we received the order it was complete along with the pump. Setup was very easy and we had it heating up within 2 hours. Being that it’s a 110 volt heater it took 24 hours to get up to temp. The only thing I would recommended is providing a starter kit of chemicals so customers would have an idea of what is needed. Otherwise we are very satisfied with our purchase”

“I've only had it for a couple weeks but I've definitely enjoyed it so far. I had a little trouble with the filters it came with providing enough water glow to heat the pool effectively but that may have just been my inexperience showing and swapping to new filters fixed the issue”

“This Ontario Wave Spa inflatable hot tub is very relaxing and comfortable to use. One of the best features is the cushioned bottom, which makes it feel much more supportive than other inflatable hot tubs where it can feel like you are sitting directly on the ground. The setup and overall experience have been great, and it has been a nice way to relax and unwind. The only things I would improve are the temperature retention and noise level. During use, the water temperature tends to drop to around 101°F, and I would prefer it to stay closer to 104°F. It also would have been nice if a starter chemical kit had been included. Overall, this is a great inflatable hot tub and I am very happy with it. It is comfortable, relaxing, and well worth it.”

“Took about an hour to set up by myself, it was pretty straight forward with the directions and everything works great and took about 8 hours from 78’ to 102’ and kept the temp very well. The bubbles are relaxing and the only small gripe I have is the pump is a little noisy only because it’s outside. But then again it’s a portable tub and I definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for a cheaper option.”

“We love our hottub, my wife especially. It is so relaxing and we use it 1-2 times a day. The only thing I’ve noticed is that it takes super long to heat up and doesn’t contain the heat that well -that’s why I ordered an inflatable cover but I feel it should come with it. We also only live in Texas so I don’t know if it would even heat in colder conditions. Once it is heated to 104 I just leave the heater running all the time.”
