“Bought a 6 seater, Garda hotub,ordered Sunday, delivery Tuesday, amaxing! The dpd driver, informed me,a box was missing, as it had been damaged. Me being me,l wanted it all set up,got intouch with Waves customer services. A huge shout out,to Henry, he listened to me,worked out which box was missing,and ordered the missing box, that same time. Can't thank Henry enough, Thankyou!”

“We were looking for an upgrade to our inflatable hot tub and having spent some time researching we came across the Eco Foam Hot Tub. It’s a great spec and certainly and upgrade from the more budget options out there. Easy to install and the 6 person size is recommended for that extra bit of room. The WiFi/app feature is good and helps with filter cleaning and checking temp. We’ve had it going for a month now and no complaints!”

“This is a great option for anyone looking at a good value, good looking spa. It was easy to set up and took a day to get up to temperature. Put it on a homemade insulation slab and used 120mm insulation in the cover which works well. The temperature holds well with these additions. The sides are pleasingly solid. I looked at alternative including Canadian spa but having used those you have to kneel or squat awkwardly. I also don't like the hardness of solid spas. In the garda, I can lie down fully submerged which I love. We fit all four of the family in this with loads of room. I had some issues with the heater initially but this was picked up and returned within a week. Really recommend this, I think it's a great option for the price point.”

“Have had this Assembled for a couple of weeks after some assistance from Customer services who were very responsive and even replied over the weekend to Help. It seems well designed with good quality materials. Only thing missing was a decent instruction manual or video as the ones they have are more like promos than help with assembly.”
