“I was sceptical of this hot tub, but it has turned out to be a pleasant suprise! For starters, the customer service is amazing. My outer liner got lost in the mail and customer service sent a replacement liner immediately. They are so good, they actually sent 3 liners in different colors to allow me my choice! The hot tub was super easy to assemble and in 24 hours, the water had reached 104 degrees. The spa itself heats up really quickly and the bubbles are more powerful than I thought they would be even though they come from along the bottom perimeter. With the jets running, there is temperature loss and the heater can't keep up. We are at high altitude where our winters are no joke. I am anxious to see how this hot tub performs in the colder weather. This is a great hot tub for the price, filling the massive gap between inflatable tubs and the $10k solid tubs.”

“Arrived on time. Easy to put together. Took about 1 hour. Everything works as it should. No issues at all. Very happy with our hot tub.”

“The hot tub is fab, I absolutely love it, its deep and super relaxing, very comfortable inside, soft seats and padded, it's lovely.. I definitely would recommend it, perfect to unwind in, I have fibromyalgia and it really helps my condition, perfect for stiff and aching joints and muscles.”

“Really like the hot tub. Easy to setup and fill. Seems to be pretty efficient as well. Will know more in colder temperatures in the NE States. Only criticism is the app. No way to set a daily schedule. You can only set a one time schedule. Needs work.”
