“Very pleased with my new hot tub. A big step up from the old inflatable. Sturdy construction, and quieter. It was a struggle to assemble, but that might be me doing something wrong. I am also very happy with the inflatable lid. Proper job all round. Be aware that it arrives in several large boxes :-)”

“Great tub, easy set up nice and solid. Million times better than inflatable tubs and lot cheaper to run. When arrived some bits were missing not Waves fault but the courier, got in touch with wave a bits arrived a few days later.”

“Overall its a really good product. The water holds its temperature incredibly well and the air jets work better than I expected, they are quite powerful. The Lid could have been better designed. It would have been nice to have a foam lid rather that one with an inflatable bladder. It does sag in the middle and can collect rain water if you don't have a canopy. However it does seem to hold the heat in well, so that's the main thing. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, delivery was slower than advertised but didn't take too long.”

“We recieved the order promptly and are very happy with the quality of the hot tub. It was fairly easy to set up, but I would recommend two people to do this.”
