“Extremely pleased with our eco foam wave tub as our introduction to hot tubs. Took a little longer to assemble than published, as the blocks fit very tightly into the liner. We didn't realise the importance of unscrewing and washing the filter and cloth after every use, but when sediment built up against the centre of the filter, after 3 uses without cleaning it, it switched off the heater. It was only by going on line did we find that once the filter is cleaned and screwed back on, you need to let it saturate for 2 mins and then press the "Filter" button on the controller for 10 secs to reactivate the heater. I think this should be included in the troubleshooting section of their manual!! Water Chemisty required to keep everything safe is fun to understand!”

“Ordered to replace an inflatable hot tub and what a difference! Although modular in design it feels much more stable. Customer support were very helpful with resolving one small issue I had and would definitely recommend!”

“Love this hot tub, like getting into a hot bath. Comfortable to sit in. I would say it only fits 3-4 people definitely not 6. Quite easy to clean out. Only 2 issues, one was we couldn’t get the app to work do being sent a new remote plus was sent incorrect filters so having to wait for these to arrive.”

“We have just bought and are using the 4/6Garda. I would suggest 4 is absolute max people but two is best. Once we mastered the construction it is great. Go for the extra thermal cover and foam flooring. V quiet and lots of bubbles. Very happy”

“Very happy with the Spa. Using it daily. Tub is efficient and gives plenty of bubbles. Was a bit disappointed with the delivery delays but did eventually come and I am happy I waited”
