“The effort to build the HT was harder than YouTube suggested. But once built and running it’s a decent upgrade to an inflatable. Using the quilted cover makes it look very tidy and chic. On average the water temp dropped around 4deg over night when heating was off!”

“Having owned a LazY Spa inflatable hot tub for a few years, I thought it was time for a change. I ordered the Wave spa as it looked perfect for our garden and with electricity prices being high, hopefully inexpensive to run. I was not disappointed, pretty easy to assemble, it is easier with two people and it's pleasing on the eye too!. Filled up and heated up and it has not dropped below 30 degrees yet,even after not using it for a few days. All In all my wife and I are very happy with our purchase.”

“Myself and my adult son put the hot tub together. It did take longer than 20 minutes but was fairly easy overall. But once the water was in it the polls kept on popping undone and after about a day the heating didn’t work. With messages backwards and forwards to the support team, I found out that the heating wouldn’t work if the ground was not level and I think the weight of the water was making the polls come undone one side. So I had to buy some more mats to go underneath and bring up the hot tub one side, about a good inch. Once that was done, the heating and the hot tub worked perfectly And it’s a very nice addition to have in my garden. It would help somewhere if it was explained that the ground needs to be absolutely level and not even an inch out. But on the whole it was a very good buy.”

“Absolutely great, challenging to put together, but it was an extremely hot day. When fully assembled fantastic piece of kit. Keeps heat in very well. So far very economical.”
