“The swift is a massive improvement over an inflatable. Had an inflatable for years, having to replace several times due to punctures. The swift holds the heat for much longer and is far sturdier. Had a problem with the heater initially but a replacement was sent out very quickly and they sent a return label for the faulty one. Thank you Wavespa for a great spa.”

“I had previously bought a Hot Tub from Wave Spas but unfortunately it was damaged in a house fire when stored for winter. We have now upgraded and replaced it with a Wave Swift 6 person ridged Foam Hot Tub with the help of Paddy from Wave Spa who was professional, friendly and very helpful during our telephone conversation today. I have always had great customer service from this Company and have not hesitated in buying another Hot Tub from them, I have recommended this Company to my friends and family as many of them had admired my previous Hot Tub.”

“Hot tub excellent Easy to order Delivery terrible , was supposed to be next day delivery but was 2 weeks . Eventually we got really good help from paddy in customer service who sorted everything out for us .”

“Arrived very promptly. Relatively easy to assemble but need two people to hold sides in place. Bit confused as to which connection the filter goes on as it doesn’t say. Very lovely and relaxing. So happy we bought it”

“In short, our old well known branded inflatable tub got a hole, AGAIN. Replaced it with this. Took 10mins to build, a day to heat up but so far (2 months in) it's bullet proof and cheaper to run too. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new hot tub!”

“Easy order process. Arrived next day. I would recommend watching the video on how to set the spa up. Instructions aren’t that good. You do need two people to zip the spa together. But spa is brilliant, holds the heat well and the bubbles are powerful. Well worth the money”

“Absolutely love our hot tub my husband bought it for me as I have gbs, so suffer a lot with my mobility and we have 7 boys. It arrived in June but only just opened the box yesterday though and saw we was missing our filter and starter kit which cost us £25 it didn’t come so was disappointing but we ❤️ our hot tub.”

“Delighted to be able to say once I received the foam parts for my hot tub which was no fault of waves as had an issue with Delivery. I managed to put it up by myself easy to install. It's lovley and big upgraded from a Inflatable one will be purchasing the head rests and cup holders . Very happy with my purchase fast delivery . Customer care team sorted out my problem allso”
