“The spa was relatively easy to assemble by myself, which was a pleasant surprise. My one complaint is that neither the printed directions included in the package, nor the online video directions are relevant for this particular spa, which some folks might find frustrating. After you initially fill the assembled spa, it heats up fully to 104 degrees overnight (with the EnergySave Bundle), and it retains heat well while in use. ***Definitely get the EnergySave Bundle - it's well worth the extra money! Regarding size, I would say it would fit four people comfortably, but if you plan on having six people in at the same time, make sure you like them...like, like-like them...a lot! :-D I would highly recommend purchasing some lights for the interior, and also a small step to assist with getting in and out. Overall, it's a great purchase that we use regularly, and I highly recommend it!”

“We had experimented with inflatable hot tubs for years and we didn’t want a fully ridged hot tub with all the associated expenses needed for installation. This is a good option for something in the middle. Easy to set up and operates as it should. We do have ours set up on 3 inches of ridged foam insulation to prevent heat loss from the bottom”
