“This hot tub is perfect for my garden and my needs. Sure there are better hot tubs out there, but not at this price point (my price point). Much stronger than I imagined, the rigid foam sides are really good and with the cover on water stays hot for ages! Considering the price point and the quality of this product I really think it would be difficult to find a like for like comparison that is as good as wave spa. Genuinely impressed with the ease of set up. That doesn’t mean you won’t fight the last foam edge in to place for 5 minutes but that’s what gives it its rigidity so persevere with it. The company did forget to send my sponges and the light but to be honest I forgot for nearly 3 weeks too. As soon as I sent an email these were delivered in 48 hours. Great customer service! Would highly recommend this company!”

“I ordered this hot tub with a next day delivery promise. Only half of it arrived next day. The remainder the following day. Using their customer service system, I was reassured it was all coming and compensated for the extra delay, which was out of their hands. They have this guy, David Grieveson, he dealt with my delivery issue and responds to issues on social media. The guy is a credit to the company and needs a mention. His support to myself and others is invaluable. The hot tub I have received is considerably more efficient than my previous inflatable models from other other manufacturers. I thoroughly recommend the upgrade to eco foam models.”
