“Having had a rigid acrylic hot tub for years was a bit apprehensive to get an inflatable, upon house move. Had heard bad things about other makes. But Wave are fantastic. Pre ordered and kept informed at all stages. Arrived 2 days early. So easy to set up, comprehensive instructions. Okay from cold fit took 24 hours to get to temperature, as expected. So roomy, well padded floor, excellent value for money. Love the rattan effect. Can't wait to get back in again later.”

“Ordered and prepaid for our hot tub and was quoted a delivery date. I had regular updates about my order and trusted them when they asked me not to chase it up as in these unprecedented times as they were very busy. They again kept me updated and finally delivered a couple of days early. Product was as described and easy to set up. Can’t fault a company who deliver everything as expected and would highly recommend them. Top marks WAVE. Thankyou. My wifes very happy which makes me very happy. Top marks”
