“We love our new hot tub :) communication was brilliant and it was delivered a whole month before it should have been, set up was easy using the video on the website, feels good quality and looks nice and bigger than expected, I was worried it wouldn’t get hot as I know some hot tubs arnt but this gets lovely and hot, couldn’t recommend enough, kids absolutely love it too, happy with my purchase. You bet it was My wife and I are very impressed with our wave spa Easy to assemble and operate great size great product in fact we have been in every day after a long days work what a fab way to unwind. Receiving an advisory email before delivery date detailing chemicals required and hot tub maintenance would be beneficial, fortunately I researched and purchased prior to delivery. Family love it and good value for money. Thank you”
