All have so far arrived exactly when they said they would and to the correct specification. Great service and a great hot tub! “Excellent value for money had a little issue with a connector customer service rectified it strait away only negative comparing them with a very well know brand is maybe the time it took to heat up was a bit longer but compared to the price it’s worth waiting for, fantastic product have had so much fun in it already We also purchased on for our daughter they love theirs too”

“Hot tub arrived its a great design works well. Wave take a few days to answer so don't make our mistake filter and housing is inside the heater dodnt mention this in the booklet. We thought they were missing.”
