“Waited 12 weeks for my hot tub which was not a problem. Initial set up had no issues. Heating to temp and adding chemicals also with no issues. . Over the last few months it does not heat to the temp i set it to (42) which I always set it at and I prefer it as hot as it can reach. It also started deflating slightly. I think the design of the cover is not good. When it rains it just flops in the middle causing a massive puddle of water. I would give 5 stars for the first 8 weeks but now only giving 3 stars.”

“I have been using my Atlantic plus since the end of June and love it, it does seem to have a design fault where it has burst on three different occasions, I have patched it and is working fine and wave customer service quickly send me a new body as a replacement, so can’t fault their customer service, I am keeping the new body until next summer but in general Tub has been great fun and value for money”
