“Excellent purchase, would like to say that wave kept their prices the same through the pandemic. There was a bit of a wait but they explained all this before I purchased one. Only thing I would change, the 3 plastic hoses from the pump, I would exchange them for branded tougher ones. You can also easily cross thread the plastic nuts to secure the hose. They could also sell the adapter to drain the pool. Can be purchased easily online. Apart from that, iam ver happy with my purchase and the customer support through covid. Would definitely buy from them again.”

“I really wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it is! The price point was so much lower than some of the other producers I was a tad nervous. I read the reviews and they seemed good so I trusted that. We absolutely love ours. Easy to follow instructions and an easy setup. We absolutely love it!! They delivered ours about two weeks before the original date which was a lovely surprise abs just in time for the Niece and Nephew visiting. They loved it too!”

“Love the hot tub, but very dissapointed that starter pack of chemicals do not come with purchase. I waited 6 weeks only to be told these were sold separetly. Had to then go and buy and waot another 2 weeks.”
