“Delivered earlier that scheduled which was great! Customer Service came back to me ASAP when I couldn’t find the filters, to let me know where I could find them. (They were in the back of the egg) No problems with tub whatsoever, absolutely love it. It is very well made and I would recommend to anyone.”

“Love my tub arrived earlier than expected kept fully informed throughout the waiting period no issues in setting up took 10 minutes - I would advise anyone buying a hot tub do your research into how to look after your tub they are a lot of maintenance and people don’t seem to realise this”

“We absolutely love our Wave hot tub. We have used it almost every day since we took delivery. The grandchildren love it too. It is just a great way to switch off after a long day. I could not recommend it more or Wave who delivered exactly when they said they would. The instructions to put up our hot tub were clear and concise.”

“We love this hot tub. We went for the bigger size round and we love it. Its easy to set up and maintain and the kids have so much fun it and jump in and splash about. They don't need booster seats (5&12) and the floor is very comfy to sit on. The temperature goes up nice and quick and is like a hot bath its total luxury. The cover fits great and is a nice addition. We bought a surround to protect ours from wildlife but its fine alone too.”

“The hot tub is brilliant value for money. The staff are helpful once an email is sent. Its just a shame there is no contact number to speak to someone. I would definitely recommend this ad an alternative to the massively overpriced brands such as Canada spa and lazyspa”
