“We are so pleased with your product and our purchase. WE LOVE IT! When Covid 19 came in in March we cancelled our annual holiday and used the money to build a Summerhouse to put your Spa in. We have had so much FUN! And we have it 365 days a year as opposed to a 14 day holiday! We have a question for you. “I've put 5 stars but only so it shows at the top where people read the review first. I didn't receive the hot tub as they kept changing the delivery date. The customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with and probably ever will. This company won't last much longer if they don't change to direct customer service. It takes two days for a reply which most of the time feels auto generated as they don't give a straight up answer. I cancelled the hot tub and asked for a refund which I really didn't think I would get. I still got emails weeks after saying the hot tub was on its way but delayed. After I received my refund I half expected the hot tub to turn up. That's how incompetent the staff feel when you talk to them. My advice would be to stay clear of this company until they sort their act out. They seem very dodgy to deal with, probably aren't but the way its organised made me and hundreds feel like it's a scam. Shame as it could be the best hot tub company in the uk. Got my hot tub from b&q in the end and its been brilliant. Just wish I would have done it sooner as I wasted 3 months with wave.”
