“Bought this as a therapy pool for my arthritis. As I have a very large conservatory my hot tub is indoors and permanently on. I use it every day some times twice a day and look forwards to taking the plunge and feel the heat of the water comforting my joints and relaxing my body. Being sceptical at first about my purchase I’m pleased I bought it”

“We love our Atlantic plus inflatable hot tub. It’ looks super smart on our terrace next to our garden furniture which coordinates perfectly. The children have had lots of fun over the summer months. However we think we may have a problem with the heater, it does not hold its temperature, ok during summer but not ok during winter when. It needs to be piping hot all the time. I am contacting customer services to see if they can resolve this for me”
