“Wave as a company have been superb. We had a warranty claim with our initial hot tub and it was dealt with exceptionally well and replaced. The hot tubs are great value for money and surprisingly comfortable. We use ours generally without the bubbles and it retains its heat well. Would recommend purchase of the inflatable lid from the outset as it prevents the cover sagging in the rain. Well done Wave”

“Easy to inflate. Once hot it keeps heat in very well due to the cover that comes with it.I was up and running within fifteen minutes. Only thing missing is if wave could make a privacy/ wind shield”
