“We ordered the round ratan hot tub in january and arrival was to be around the end of april, wave contacted us to say there was a delay, and would bw end of may but it came EARLIER than originally expected so we were over the moon. We absolutely love it and my kids never want to get out, obv with lockdown they havent been swimming, the oldest used to love it and the youngest has never even been but its really built up their confidence in the water, The temperature is lovely the quality feels amazing, and its really comfortable, my hubby is 6ft2 so we were worried it may be a little small however he can lie in it comfortably with 3 others and we were pleasantly suprised that it feels bigger than it looks when you are in it, Its so easy to put up, quick to set up and use and easy to clean, and the rattan effect looks really good. I 100% reccomend it as they are so cheap for quality you get.”

“I pre-ordered my Hot Tub in January for delivery 23rd March. I contacted Customer services a couple of weeks before to check it was still on schedule. I received a friendly reply within a day and was advised it would be delayed by up to a week, but it actually arrived on the 26th March, so I was delighted! We followed the instructions and Wave video to set it up and it was straightforward and quick to do. The video was especially useful. It was great to be able to use it over the Easter holidays! We would have no hesitation in recommending Wave Spas.”
