“Excellent service…I ordered my beautiful tropical leaf spa and it was due to arrive in June, yet I was praying for it to arrive in May for my sons 21st birthday. I was over the moon when it arrived a week before so we could get it all set up and running for his garden party. Thank you so much. It’s just what we need after a long day at work xxx”

“Our hot tub was really up and ready for water to be filled up in 5 minutes like the info states. Water filled in not even 2 hours and over night heated up quickly. Arrived 1 week earlier than expected and ordered end of May. Took 3 weeks almost 4 and I am very satisfied with all received. Thought a delay would be happening and company was willing to cancel order if I wasn't happy. I will now order an accessory I forgot to get. I found no price as reasonable as Wave Tubs.”

“Fantastic Spa! Had read bad reviews on the Bestway Lay- Z-Spa however i was wary of buying a different brand- i had no need to be worried. The spa inflated in 10 minutes, filled in just over 1 hour and heated up from cold in 8 hours. I didnt think the jets would be that powerful on an inflatable hot tub but they are really powerful and the water is always nice and hot when i use it. I thought it may have been leaking air when i initially inflated it but was user error. I emailed customer service and received a response within 24 hours which i was pleased with! Overall- a fantastic worthwhile purchase and a real quality product”
