“I adore my new hot tub. It was super simple to set up. Arrived within a few days of pre order date, and communication from customer service has been ideal. I even emailed them to ask a question about my heater unit and heard back within a few hours. I can't fault them. The only difficult thing, has been getting out of it!”

“My wife and I were deliberating over a hard standing hot tub or an inflatable. We decided on an inflatable, if we’re using it plenty on times and maintenance isn’t too much hassle then we decided on buying a hard standing tub in 12 months time or so. Honestly, now I have the wave inflatable, it’s so good for a fraction of the price of what you would pay for a hard standing one, I wouldn’t have a hard standing one now! A few led light accessories added to the tub and it looks great, it’s huge and we have had hours of fun in it already.”

“Absolutely love this, have had a hot tub previously not this make, this one is so much easier to clean, the filters are exceptional quality and it’s so pretty to look at ( I had the wicker effect). Nothing is nicer than having a soak at the end of the day or allowing friends and family to enjoy a little bit of luxury that this hot tub provides... I would definitely give it 5 stars”

“We received our Atlantic Rattan Hot Tub a day earlier than said, got text from DPD giving me name of drive and a time slot and was delivered 1 minute earlier. Had it set up for almost a week now and it's the best purchase that we have made in a while and we are loving it. We are still buying bit and pieces to go with the layout etc. Looking forward to getting in tonight now that the weather is looking brighter today, keeping fingers crossed. Joined the Facebook page and it's amazing and I have got loads of useful tips and ideas from all different people. Good luck to all those other people that are waiting on deliveries, they will arrive you just have to be patient they are doing their best to provide a top quality service for you”
