“Great product of a little small. Says 2 to 4 people but really suits only 2. If you want 4 go for the bigger 4 to 6 option. One of our 'O' ring split on assembly so we have a little leak on the outgoing feed. But the tub itself is great for the price, warms up well and bubbles happily away... if noisily.”

“We brought this hot tub because we wanted a new one, and found this to be value for money. However once received we got it up and running as normal and within a week the hot tub started leaking from one of the pipes (filter one) and then the next issue led to the hot tub filter not cleaning either, after following all instructions after use we still had yet the same issue, considering the filters are highly recommended. We did contact wave customer care and they did replace the pipe after several communications and did not fix the issue, so we tried emailing them again to provide photos and yet another”

“Our wave hot tub arrived earlier than expected. It was put up quickly and filled ready for use. Have never had one before and have been a little anxious about the dos and donts but got into it today and it was lovely altho a little smaller than expected. I would say it fits 2 adults comfortably but def not 4 adults. Now we've had our first experience of a hot tub we will look to upgrade to a 6 person one in the future to give us more room.”

“Absolutely delighted with our hot tub really good communication and in these difficult times delivery was excellent will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. It is our first hot tub experience and it was easy to follow set up guide and the videos on how to maintain the chemical balance very informative. We have used ours frequently and leave the heater on constantly water temperature cools a little when bubbles are on but so nice to relax in. Never heard of the company before but will top any of the big brands out there.”
