We have a starter kit on the website that you can order at the same time as your tub, it will have all the chemicals/testers you would need when using your spa. “Received our tub yesterday easy set up. Heated up well and holds heat well when in it. With regards to communication I can't fault them. We had a delay with covid and circumstances out of their control, but was kept informed and even tho there was a very big price dip before ours was delivered they honoured the refund to match. So one very happy and relaxed customer as just got out the tub!!”

“We bought this in Dec 20 as our family Christmas present and it arrived within days of order. It's been fantastic for us (2 adults 3 older kids) - we comfortably fit it and it's made lockdown bearable! Heats easily up to 41 degrees and maintains temperature well. The design is robust and it looks stylish in our garden. Highly recommended”

“Very good quality and very easy to set up and install. Took me about 15 minutes from when the box arrived to it being in place and inflated, then another couple of hours to fill with water. Build quality is great, it's definitely big enough for 4 with plenty of space. If there were kids or young adults 6 people wouldn't be a problem. Look great on our decking, the marble effect isn't too much. Have used this 3 or 4 times a week every week since we bought it!”

“In lockdown we bought one of these really good quality easy to set up powerful water jets the only thing I can say is if you overinflate It restricts the flow to the Air Jets and they don’t work properly you think that there is something wrong with the hot tub but there isn’t and it just needs deflating slightly so the system can go through all in all really good hot tub will highly will highly recommend”
