“To be honest I was sceptical about buying a Wave hot tub having never heard of them but I've been really suprised by the whole experience. I pre-ordered months ago to arrive in time for my kids birthdays so was nervous it may not even appear! Despite not hearing any updates until the courier txt, it did indeed arrive on time with everthing there as expected. I found the online instructions better than the ones included but once I'd set up it all worked brilliantly. Had a little hose leak as the pump was slightly higher than the tub but soon fixed it no bother. It's been a great value for money purchase so pleased I went with Wave in the end. Despite no parties allowed the kids got a special birthday treat!”

“Love it! I did lots of research before I got my spa and Wave spa beat others on specifications and price. Delivered exactly as promised, easy to set up and oh so relaxing, we covered the area and have a lovely space, which was done to make up for our holiday Cancellation because of COVID-19. I have used FAQ section to help get sanitation right, it’s easy! I have also contacted customer support and found them very helpful, instant contact and problem sorted straight away. I am very impressed with the whole experience. So happy I purchased through Waves and have already recommended to my friend, who purchased recently. I am one very happy customer.”

“Was a little bit worried about weather or not my wave would arrive on time looking at some of the reviews. Bit it arrived bang on tome on 16th September. Set up was straight forward with the wave instructions. I did how ever have a little help from good old mother. The hot tub was bought for myself and my little boy we love it and have had lots of dips in it. I highly recommend a wave for anyone. Thank you.”

“Amazeing spa my wife suffers with her back and once she had 30mins in it she felt tip top and tickety boo, well worth the money in my opinion , carnt wait for the cold crisp nights so we can relax in the 42 degree heated water of our fantastic tremendous and breath taking wave spa ..... we are the envy of our neighbours wahooo told them to buy one too ....”
